Sturdy Steel Tube Frame encased in a Stainless Steel Double Skinned Exterior & Insulated Interior.

Chimney Duct is constructed from Cast Iron. To Enable Easy Cleaning, the Cast Iron Wok Ring has been Fully Enamelled.

The Wok Units have their Own Water Cooling & Filling Systems & Also has a Unique

Removeable Waste Straining Basket.

All Woks are Supplied with a Flame Failure Automatic Cutoff Module.

All Woks w. a 14 Inch Ring come Standard w. either a Chimney or a Duckbill Burner.
